Rushed

Fatigued by silent rushes
I dream in monotone reverie
Kisses that melt upon feverish wishes
Touches that bruise the breaths we hold

I should have imposed rules
Restrictions of emotion too bold
We blurred more than lines, our bodies
Share fingerprinted memories, hidden allure

“I miss you” screams from my pores
My lips sealed with obstinate anger
My heart cannot ignore the brisk wetness
Tears and lust intermingled, tragic fairytale
